Daniel Michael DeVito Jr. (lahir 17 November 1944) adalah pelakon, pelawak, pengarah, penerbit, dan penulis skrip Amerika Syarikat. Dia menjadi terkenal dalam lakonan siri televisyen Taxi (1978–1983) yang memenangkannya Anugerah-Anugerah Golden Globe dan Emmy serta sitkom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (sejak 2006). Beliau turut menerbitkan filem melalui suatu syarikat tubuhan sendiri tahun 1991 iaitu Jersey Films.[2]
Penampilannya yang bertubuh pendek hasil suatu keadaan genetik jarang iaitu displasia epifisis pelbagai (penyakit Fairbank) yang menjejaskan tumbesaran tulang.[3][4]

Beliau dilahirkan di Neptune Township,New Jersey. Beliau anak bongsu tiga adik-beradik[5] kepada Daniel DeVito Sr., seorang pemilik perniagaan kecil, dan Julia Moccello;[6][7] kedua-dua mereka berketurunan Itali berasal dari San Fele, Basilicata[8] dan Calabria.[9] Dia dibesarkan di Asbury Park, New Jersey.[10]
