Desmond Thomas Doss (7 Februari 1919 – 23 Mac 2006) merupakan seorang tentera Amerika Syarikt berpangkat korporal yang bertugas sebagai perubatan kombat bersama pasukan infrantri dalam Perang Dunia Pertama. Beliau telah dua kali dianugerahkan Bronze Star Medal untuk sumbangan beliau semasa di Guam dan Filipina. Doss juga telah menyelamatkan 75 orang anggota tentera semasa Pertempuran Okinawa dan menerima Medal of Honor. Kisah hidup beliau telah dibukukan dan dijadikan dokumentari berjudul The Conscientious Objector, serta filem Hacksaw Ridge (2016).
