Kasibu atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Kasibu merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Nueva Vizcaya, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 41,776 dalam isi rumah 9,816.
