Mayoyao atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Mayoyao merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ifugao, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 15,621 dalam isi rumah 3,942.
