Windows Phone dulunya dipanggil Windows Mobile ialah sistem pengendalian operasi padat yang dibangunkan oleh Microsoft untuk digunakan oleh telefon pintar dan peranti mudah alih.
Versi kini adalah versi 6.5 dan berdasarkan kernel Windows CE 5.2 dan aplikasi dibangunkan dengan menggunakan Win32 API. Sistem pengendalian operasi ini direkabentuk agak sama seperti versi desktop Windows daripada segi ciri dan astetiknya. Selain itu, perisian pembangunan pihak ketiga juga boleh didapati dan perisian boleh dibeli melalui Windows Marketplace for Mobile.
Sistem ini pada asalnya wujud sebagai sistem pengendalian Pocket PC 2000, dan kebanyakan perantinya datang bersama pen stailus yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan peranti. Ia telah dikemaskini banyak kali dan dengan Windows Phone 7 yang diumumkan di Kongres Mobile Dunia di Barcelona pada 15 Februari 2010.
