Alahan atau alergi makanan ialah gerak balas imun bertentangan terhadap satu protein makanan.[1][2] Ini berbeza daripada gerak balas bertentangan lain terhadap makanan, seperti intoleransi makanan, tindak balas farmakologi, dan tindak berpengantarakan toksin.[3]
