Amlan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Amlan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Negros Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 25,513 dalam isi rumah 6,158.
