Arteche atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Arteche merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Samar Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 16,360 dalam isi rumah 3,908.
