Banayoyo atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Banayoyo merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 7,931 dalam isi rumah 1,929. Ia mempunyai luas 24.63 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 69 meter di atas permukaan laut.
