Bangui atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Bangui merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 15,227 dalam isi rumah 4,025.
