Bula atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Bula merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Camarines Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 73,143 dalam isi rumah 15,468.
