Bulusan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Bulusan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Sorsogon, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 23,932 dalam isi rumah 5,747.
