Dinas atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Dinas merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Zamboanga Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 35,409 dalam isi rumah 8,595. Ia mempunyai luas 121.10 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 93 meter di atas permukaan laut.
