Syed Ariffin bin Abu Thahir (Jawi: سيد عارفين بن أبو طاهر ; born 9 September 1980) is the Director of Persatuan Generasi Bersekutu Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. He is also Chairman of Putra Port Dickson FC and Teraju Futsal Club. Not only that, but Syed Ariffin is also the Head Branch of UMNO Jalan Lama Sri Tanjung, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. He is the president of an non-governmental organizations in Negeri Sembilan.

Early Life[sunting sumber]

Syed Ariffin was born at Hospital Port Dickson and received early education at SRK Port Dickson. He continued his studies at Sekolah Tinggi Port Dickson for Form 1 before moving to Subang Jaya. Syed Ariffin's family has been living in Port Dickson since before independence where the late grandfather runs a grocery store business. His dad had worked at Shell before moving to Kuala Lumpur. After a long journey of studying and work, he married a Port Dickson person, who is Siti Habibah, and had 3 children.

Syed Ariffin Abu Thahir is a Director of Persatuan Generasi Bersekutu, who is always active in community organizations and programs. He also holds the position of Chairman of Putra Port Dickson FC and Chairman of Teraju Futsal Club.
