Sallapadan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Sallapadan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Abra, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 6,328 dalam isi rumah 1,464.
