Sibutu atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Sibutu merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Tawi-Tawi, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 38,070 dalam isi rumah 5,692.
