MacArthur atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran MacArthur merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Leyte, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 21,578 dalam isi rumah 5,574.
