Mahaplag atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Mahaplag merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Leyte, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 27,865 dalam isi rumah 6,713.
