Persekutuan Hindia Barat adalah sebuah persekutuan Caribbean berjangka hayat pendek yang wujud pada 3 Januari, 1958 sehingga 31 Mei, 1962. Ia mengandungi beberapa jajahan United Kingdom di Caribbean. Tujuan persekutuan ini adalah bagi membentuk unit politik yang bebas dari Britain sebagai sebuah negaa tunggal—menyamai Gabungan Kanada, Persekutuan Australia atau Persekutuan Afrika Tengah. Walaubagaimanapun, sebelum perkara ini terjadi Persekutuan ini runtuh akibat dari konflik politik dalaman.
