Rosalie Anderson MacDowell (lahir 21 April 1958) ialah seorang pelakon dan model fesyen Amerika Syarikat. Beliau memulakan kerjaya lakonan menerusi filem 1984 Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes, sebelum meraih kejayaan kritis dalam filem Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), di mana beliau memenangi Anugerah Independent Spirit untuk Pelakon Utama Wanita Terbaik dan menerima pencalonan Anugerah Golden Globe untuk Pelakon Wanita Terbaik – Drama Wayang Gambar.
