Baroy atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Baroy merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Lanao Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 24,763 dalam isi rumah 6,585.
