Jolo atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Jolo merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Wilayah Suluk, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 152,067 dalam isi rumah 20,354.
