Lugus atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lugus merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Wilayah Suluk, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 35,412 dalam isi rumah 5,044.
