Kabuntalan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Kabuntalan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Maguindanao Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 41,146 dalam isi rumah 3,950. Ia mempunyai luas 371.08 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 4.0 meter di atas permukaan laut.
