Kyra Minturn Sedgwick (lahir 19 Ogos 1965)[1] merupakan seorang pelakon dan penerbit Amerika Syarikat. Beliau terkenal menerusi peranannya sebagai Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson dalam siri drama jenayah TNT The Closer. Peranan Sedgwick dalam siri ini melayakkan beliau memenangi Anugerah Golden Globe pada tahun 2007 dan Anugerah Emmy pada tahun 2010. Siri ini berakhir pada 13 Ogos 2012, berikutan tamatnya musim ketujuh. Beliau juga dikenali kerana peranan berulang sebagai Madeline Wuntch menerusi sitkom berjaya Brooklyn Nine Nine.[2][3]
Sedgwick telah dicalonkan di anugerah Golden Globe untuk persembahannya dalam filem Something to Talk About (1995). Peranan filem Sedgwick yang lain termasuk filem arahan Oliver Stone Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Cameron Crowe Singles (1992), dan juga Heart and Souls (1992), Phenomenon (1996), What's Cooking (2000), Secondhand Lions (2003), The Game Plan (2007), dan The Possession (2012).
