Lake Sebu atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lake Sebu merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Cotabato Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 84,252 dalam isi rumah 18,969. Ia mempunyai luas 702.00 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 781 meter di atas permukaan laut.
