Tupi atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Tupi merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Cotabato Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 78,599 dalam isi rumah 18,355.
