Norman Roy Blackwell, Baron Blackwell (lahir 29 Julai 1952) ialah bekas ahli perniagaan,[1] ahli politik Konservatif,[1] juru kempen dan penasihat dasar United Kingdom.
Biografi
[sunting | sunting sumber]Merupakan anak lelakimAlbert dan Frances Blackwell,[1] beliau menerima didikan pertama kali di Latymer Upper School,[1] dan sebagai Peserta Pameran Junior di The Royal Academy of Music[1] di London, dan kemudian tamat belajar dari Trinity College, Cambridge dengan ijazah seni dalam sains semulajadi pada tahun 1973.[1] Beliau kemudian melanjutkan pelajaran ke Wharton Business School di Universiti Pennsylvania di mana beliau lulus dengan Pentadbiran Perniagaan pada tahun 1975,[1] dan kemudian pada tahun 1976 dengan ijazah doktor falsafah[1] di bidang keuangan dan ekonomi.[2]
