Universiti Wollongong (Bahasa Inggeris: University of Wollongong, UOW) merupakan sebuah universiti awam yang terletak di bandar pantai Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, kira-kira 80 kilometer di selatan Sydney. Seperti tahun 2012, universiti itu mempunyai sejumlah 30.516 pelajar mendaftar, termasuk 11.440 pelajar antarabangsa dari lebih 140 negara.
Universiti Wollongong meraikan ulang tahun penubuhan universiti yang ke-60 pada tahun 2011.[4]
