Bolinao atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Bolinao merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pangasinan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 83,979 dalam isi rumah 20,791.
