Pangasinán (Iloko: Luyag na Pangasinán) merupakan sebuah wilayah yang terletak di Filipina. Ibu kotanya ialah Lingayén. Wilayah ini bersempadan dengan La Union, Benguet, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Zambales, Tarlak dan Lingayen Gulf. Wilayah ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 3,188,540. Ibu kotanya ialah Lingayen.
