Istana Topkapı (Bahasa Turki: Topkapı Sarayı)[1] atau di dalam Uthmaniyyah Turki: طوپقپو سرايى, Topkapı Sarayı di dalam bahasa Turki bermaksud "Istana Pintu Meriam"). Ia adalah sebuah istana yang terletak di Istanbul, Turki, yang mana menjadi kediaman rasmi dan utama bagi sultan Uthmaniyyah selama 400 tahun dari 624 tahun tempoh pemerintahan mereka,[2] bermula pada tahun 1465 sehingga 1856.

Pada tahun 1924, di atas arahan presiden pertama Turki iaitu Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, istana ini ditukarkan menjadi sebuah muzium. Lokasi ini dipilih khas menjadikan ia dapat memerhati Tanduk Emas, Bosphorus dan Laut Marmara. Istana Topkapı di kelilingi oleh dinding sepanjang 5km dan luas 700,000 m2.
