Kapal selam Kelas Collins merupakan satu kelas yang terdiri daripada enam buah kapal selam berkuasa diesel-elektrik yang dibina dan dioperasikan oleh Tentera Laut Diraja Australia. Kelas-Collins mendapat namanya dari Timbalan Laksamana John Augustine Collins; kesemua enam buah kapal selam telah dinamakan bersempena nama anggota Tentera Laut Diraja Australia yang penting dan terkenal semasa Perang Dunia II. Kapal selam ini sekarang merupakan kapal selam konvensional yang terbesar di dunia, dan menjadi kapal selam yang pertama dibina di Australia, secara tidak langsung membawa peningkatan di dalam industri Australia.
