Billie Catherine Lourd[1] (lahir 17 Julai 1992)[2] ialah seorang pelakon wanita Amerika Syarikat. Beliau terkenal dengan watak sebagai Chanel #3 dalam siri komedi seram Fox Scream Queens (2015-2016) dan untuk peranannya dalam siri antologi seram FX American Horror Story (2017-kini). Beliau juga muncul sebagai Leftenan Connix dalam trilogi sekuel Star Wars (2015-2019). Lourd ialah anak tunggal pelakon Carrie Fisher.

Lourd dilahirkan pada 17 Julai 1992 di Los Angeles, California, satu-satunya anak perempuan pelakon Carrie Fisher dan ejen bakat Bryan Lourd.[3][4][5][6] Lourd juga merupakan cucu tunggal pelakon Debbie Reynolds dan penyanyi Eddie Fisher, dan anak saudara Todd Fisher, Joely Fisher, dan Tricia Leigh Fisher, yang semuanya bekerja dalam dunia hiburan. Beliau mempunyai adik perempuan, Ava, dari perkahwinan bapanya kepada Bruce Bozzi, bapanya mengambilnya sebagai anak angkat secara sah.[7] Dari sebelah ibunya, beliau berasal dari Rusia-Yahudi dan keturunan Scotland-Ireland/Inggeris.[8][9][10][11][12] Neneknya ialah pelakon Meryl Streep.[13] Penulis Bruce Wagner ialah datuk saudara Lourd.[14]
