The Sims 3 ialah game sekuel yang Ketiga. Di mana permainan The Sims 3 ini memberikan lebih ciri-ciri kepada permain untuk berinteraksi atau berkomunikasi dengan Jiran-Jiran the sims 3 tanpa menunggu skrin Loading. dan dalam tambahan Pula, permainan ini telah menambah ciri-ciri seperti:-

- permain boleh membuat jamuan hari jadi untuk membesarkan anak lebih cepat
