Republik Venice (Bahasa Itali: Repubblica di Venezia, Templat:Lang-vec atau Repùblica de Venesia) ialah sebuah negeri yang berasal dari kota Venice di utara Itali. Negara ini wujud sejak akhir kurun ke-7 sehingga tahun 1797. Republik ini dikenali secara rasmi sebagai Republik Venice Yang Amat Tenang (Bahasa Itali: Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia, Templat:Lang-vec atau Repùblica de Venesia) dan sering disebut sebagai La Serenissima, bersempena gelaran rasminya sebagai salah sebuah "Republik Yang Amat Tenang". Walaupun negara ini memiliki sejarah yang penuh dengan peperangan dan penaklukan, nama baik republik moden ini banyak berdasarkan statusnya sebagai kuasa ekonomi dan perdagangan.
