Josef "Sepp" Dietrich (28 Mei 1892 – 21 April 1966) adalah seorang jeneral Waffen-SS di Nazi Jerman yang memerintah peringkat unit sehingga ke peringkat Tentera Darat semasa Perang Dunia II. Sebelum tahun 1929, beliau adalah pemandu Adolf Hitler dan pengawal peribadi tetapi menerima kenaikkan pangkat yang cepat selepas penglibatan beliau dalam pembunuhan musuh-musuh politik Hitler semasa Malam Pisau Panjang. Beliau kemudian memerintah Tentera Darat Panzer Ke-6 semasa Pertempuran Bulge.
