Robert Huber ForMemRS (lahir 20 Februari 1937) merupakan ahli biokimia Jerman dan pemenang Hadiah Nobel.[4][5][6][7][8] dikenali kerana kerjanya mengkristal protein intramembran yang penting dalam fotosintesis dan seterusnya menggunakan kristalografi sinar-X untuk menjelaskan struktur protein.
