Martin Karplus (lahir 15 Mac 1930) ialah seorang ahli teori teori Amerika kelahiran Austria. Beliau ialah Profesor Kimia Theodore William Richards, emeritus di Universiti Harvard. Beliau juga merupakan Pengarah Makmal Kimia Biofiizikal, makmal bersama antara Pusat Kebangsaan Penyelidikan Saintifik Perancis dan Universiti Strasbourg, Perancis. Karplus menerima Hadiah Nobel dalam Kimia 2013, bersama-sama dengan Michael Levitt dan Arieh Warshel, kerana "pembangunan model multisel untuk sistem kimia kompleks".[1][2][3][4][5][6]
