Mary I (18 Februari, 1516 – 17 November, 1558) adalah Ratu memerintah England dan Ireland bermula pada 19 Julai, 1553 sehingga kematian beliau. Mary I merupakan anak perempuan sulung kepada Henry VIII dari England dan satu-satunya anak Catherine dari Aragon yang terselamat. Sebagai raja keempat yang ditabalkan dari dinasti Tudor, beliau diingati kerana membawa kembali England kepada Katolik Rom selepas mengantikan adik tiri yang berumur pendek, Edward VI, ke takhta England. Dalam proses ini, beliau telah membakar hidup-hidup hampir 300 orang pembangkang agama dalam Penyeksaan Marian, di mana beliau mendapat gelaran "Mary Berdarah". Kewujudan semula Katolik Rom diubah semula oleh penganti yang juga merupakan adik tiri beliau iaitu Elizabeth I.
