Cortes Generales (Sebutan Sepanyol: [ˈkortes xeneˈɾales], Dewan Umum) adalah sebuah badan perundangan di Sepanyol. Ia merupakan sebuah parlimen dwi-dewan, terdiri dari Kongres Timbalan (dewan rendah) dan Senat (dewan tinggi). Cortes memiliku kuasa untuk menggubal undang-undang dan meminda perlembagaan. Selain itu, dewan rendah memiliki kuasa untuk memastikan dan melucutkan Presiden Kerajaan, biasanya dikenali sebagai 'perdana menteri'.[1]
