Syarikat Penerbangan Vistara, adalah syarikat penerbangan perkhidmatan penuh India, yang berpusat di Gurgaon, dengan habnya di Delhi. Syarikat penerbangan itu, merupakan bentuk usaha sama antara Tata Sons dan Syarikat Penerbangan Singapore Airlines,lalu mula beroperasi pada Tarikh 9 Januari 2015 dengan penerbangan sulungnya antara Delhi dan Mumbai.

Sehingga Tarikh 31 Oktober 2019, Syarikat Penerbangan Vistara melayani ke 33 destinasi termasuk 4 destinasi antarabangsa (untuk masa kini Vistara memiliki sebanyak 31 destinasi termasuk 6 destinasi antarabangsa). Pada Tarikh 6 Ogos 2019, syarikat penerbangan itu melancarkan penerbangan antarabangsa pertamanya dari Delhi ke Singapura menggunakan pesawat siri Boeing 737-800 NG yang sebelumnya digunakan oleh Syarikat Penerbangan Jet Airways. Ia juga mengendalikan penerbangan ke beberapa bandar seperti Bangkok, Colombo dan Dubai dari pusatnya. [1]

Pada Bulan Mac Tahun 2020, Syarikat Penerbangan Vistara menangguhkan semua penerbangan antarabangsa kerana wabak COVID-19. [2] (untuk masa kini hanya melayani 2 destinasi antarabangsa iaitu Dubai dan London sahaja).
