Nagorno-Karabakh ialah sebuah wilayah yang dikelilingi daratan di Kaukasus Selatan, terletak di antara Karabakh Hilir dan Zangezur dan merangkumi kawasan tenggara pergunungan Lesser Caucasus. Wilayah ini kebanyakan bergunung-ganang dan berhutan serta memiliki keluasan kira-kira 8,223 kilometer persegi (3,175 batu²).
Kawasan ini adalah bahagian de jure dalam Azerbaijan, akan tetapi kebanyakannya secara de facto ditadbir oleh Republik Nagorno-Karabakh yang tidak diakui oleh masyarakat antarabangsa. Sejak tamatnya Perang Nagorno-Karabakh pada tahun 1994, pewakilan kerajaan dari Armenia dan Azerbaijan telah mengadakan beberapa rundingan keamanan yang diatur oleh OSCE Minsk Group berkenaan status kawasan yang dipertikaikan.
