Sir Philip Anthony Hopkins CBE (lahir 31 Disember 1937) ialah sebuah pelakon dan penerbit filem kelahiran Wales, United Kingdom.[2]

Beliau menenangi kategori Pelakon Lelaki Terbaik in 1992 atas lakonannya sebagai Hannibal Lecter dalam The Silence of the Lambs; beliau juga telah memenangi anugerah BAFTA sebanyak 3 kali, Anugerah Emmy selama dua kali dan Anugerah Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille sekali. Beliau diberi kehormatan diraja oleh Ratu Elizabeth II tahun 1993 atas khidmatnya kepada bidang drama.
