Geseran gusi bersuara ialah sejenis bunyi konsonan yang terdapat dalam sebilangan bahasa lisan, dilambangkan oleh aksara z dalam Abjad Fonetik Antarabangsa (IPA) dan z dalam X-SAMPA. Geseran gusi tak bersuara terdapat dalam dua bentuk, iaitu sibilan dan bukan sibilan.
