Sir Joseph Rotblat KCMG CBE FRS (4 November 1908 – 31 Ogos 2005) ialah ahli fizik Poland, yang digambarkan sendiri sebagai "Orang Polish dengan pasport British". Rotblat bekerja di Tube Alloys dan Projek Manhattan semasa Perang Dunia II, tetapi meninggalkan Makmal Los Alamos selepas peperangan dengan Jerman berakhir. Kerja-kerja beliau terhadap kejatuhan nuklear adalah sumbangan utama ke arah pengesahan Perjanjian Ban Uji Separuh Nuklear Sepenuhnya. Penandatanganan Manifesto Russell-Einstein 1955, beliau adalah setiausaha agung Persidangan Pugwash mengenai Sains dan Hal Ehwal Dunia dari penubuhannya sehingga tahun 1973 dan berkongsi dengan Persidangan Pugwash, Hadiah Keamanan Nobel 1995 "untuk usaha untuk mengurangkan bahagian dimainkan oleh senjata nuklear dalam hal ehwal antarabangsa dan, dalam jangka masa panjang, untuk menghapuskan senjata tersebut."
